We strive to deliver the finest care at a reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. We want to alleviate any financial concerns you may have about your visit. Please call our office at 316-681-6479 and allow us to help clarify your financial responsibility and insurance benefits.


PATIENT BILLING AND INSURANCE
Dr. Perry is a contracted, preferred provider with Delta Dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. However, we accept most other dental insurance plans. We do find that most plans will provide some benefits to your visit in our office. So, please do not assume that you will not be covered if we are not on your provider list.
For patients with Dental Insurance:
Our staff is committed to working with you and your insurance company to maximize your insurance benefits. We will ask for an estimated co-payment on the day of treatment. We then file with your insurance company and bill you for any balance due after the insurance company sends payment. If your insurance company reimburses at a higher rate, we will provide you with a refund. Medical Insurance does not generally pay for services in our office unless the required treatment is due to a car accident or a documented injury from a fall.
For patients with no Dental Insurance:
Endodontic fees are based on the complexity of the procedure. We will ask for payment on the day treatment is completed. You may call our office prior to treatment to be advised on the fee for each procedure.
APPOINTMENTS
We understand that your time is valuable, and we will make every effort to provide services in a prompt fashion. We strive to give each patient our undivided attention with unsurpassed service for his or her appointment time. In exchange, we expect that you will be present for your appointment at the scheduled time. We understand that scheduling conflicts occasionally occur and would appreciate at least a 24 hour notice if cancellation of your appointment is necessary.
