Meet Our Team

Dr. Shayne J. Perry

 

Dr. Perry grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah and completed his undergraduate work at the University of Uta​h.  At the University he earned a Bachelor degree in Business Management and a Minor in Spanish.  He graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2011.  He then earned a Masters of Science degree and completed an endodontic residency at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2013. His research and Master's Thesis was completed in dental anesthesia.  Dr. Perry is a professional member of the American Association of Endodontists, Kansas Dental Association, Wichita District Dental Society and the Seattle Study Club. He is a Board-eligible member of the American Association of Endodontists and has already completed the written portion of the board certification examination.  In his spare time Dr. Perry enjoys watching sports, playing basketball, golfing, snow boarding and spending time with his wife and two children.

Kathy Martin

Administrative Assistant

 

As the administrative assistant Kathy has a multitude of responsibilities to ensure the practice runs smoothly.  Kathy will be there to welcome you when you arrive for your appointment, and will assist you in scheduling appointments, filing insurance, and anything else you need to make your experience at Hillside Endodontics as pleasant as it can possibly be.  Kathy does a great job at comforting our patients and wants to make sure they understand what their visit will be like before they ever walk in the door.  Kathy is also the liason between our doctors and our referring dentists and their staff.

 

Kathy was born and raised in Wichita. She and her husband have raised 3 sons and have 3 grandchildren.  When they aren’t hosting family dinners they are busy renovating their home.  She has been an amazing asset to our practice for the last 26 years.  Hillside Endodontics is lucky to have Kathy as part of our team!

Janna McConnell

Dental Assistant

 

Janna has been a dental assistant for 43 years, and we are fortunate to have had her as a valuable employee for 33 of those years! Jan comes from a long line of dental professionals.  Her grandfather, father and uncle were all dentists.  She started her dental career working for her grandfather and continued assisting for her father who later joined his practice.  Janna can be found most of the time chairside assisting Dr. Perry.  She is also our OSHA rep and keeps up on our sterilization as well as inventory management.  She is also cross-trained and can assist Kathy at the front desk if needed.  She loves caring for our patients and making them comfortable during their treatment in our office.

 

 Janna is a native of Minnesota.  She has lived in Wichita for 35 years.  She and her husband, Tim, have been married for 9 years.  They recently rescued a dog named Missy who is 1.5y old.  They are working on training her.  We are proud to have Janna as part of our team here at Hillside Endodontics.

Linda Albright

Dental Assistant

 

Linda is the newest member to join our team.  She started assisting and comforting patients in our office, in November. She works alongside Dr. Perry assisting him and is also cross-trained to help in the front office as needed. Linda is very compassionate and does a great job at making patient's feel comfortable when they come to our office.

 

Linda was born and raised in Kansas, with most of her life being in Wichita. She has six beautiful children and has just begun the amazing journey of having grandchildren. In her sparetime, Linda enjoys skiing, music, dance, fitness, and family. Outdoors is her favorite place to be, and she says "the Rocky Mountains own my heart!"  Linda has been a wonderful addition to our practice.  We are glad she is a part of the Hillside Endodontics team!
